Ephesians3.16 - That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;

Inner man refers to the spiritual part of man according to English dictionary. Stir up means to arouse or excite and it is used by apostle Paul in the Bible to the believers(2Timothy1:6). Strength is what the man's spirit need. When the inner man is stir up the spirit of a man is strengthen. The devil fight greatly to weaken the man's spirit through accusations(Revelation12:10) therefore seeing the devil fight to weaken the man's spirit, it becomes important for believers to stir up their inner man.
Therefore in managing this situation requires believers condemning evil tongue rising against them in judgment (Isaiah54:17) and acknowledge the presence of God in his/her Life (Galatians5:18). Remembering the indwelling of the spirit of God in a man's Life cast out the spirit of accusations from the devil and his agents. 
The spirit of a man is strengthen when fear is cast out and the spirit of God dwell (2Timothy1:7),(1John4:18). The spirit of God cast out fear. Remembering the goodness and presence of God in a man's Life stir up the inner man(Proverbs17:22),(Proverbs15:13). Acknowledge God as the strength giver and be joyful forever (Psalms31:4),1Chronicles29:11-12)Hallelujah.

Prayer point:
Dear Lord Jesus I thank you for making me to be a Born again child of God not only being born again, I am filled with the Holy ghost, you and the LORD God dwells in me thank you for that in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
