FAITH

🧊🧊🧊🧊🧊🧊🧊 FAITH 🧊🧊🧊🧊🧊🧊🧊

Hebrews 11:1

[1]Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Let see some of the English meaning of this words used to describe Faith in Hebrew11:1. First "Substance" meaning physical materials, secondly "Hope" meaning to want something to happen,   with a sense of expectation that it might happen. Thirdly  "evidence" meaning the facts or observations presented in support of an assertion. To assert means to declare with assurance or plainly and strongly. Therefore Faith is the assurance that what is been expected will happen. Notice from the meaning of hope it says the thing might happen. You can see there is still a double mind or unbelieve in the word "hope" because of the word "might" used to described it. Faith is the assurance that whatever good thing expected from God will happen.

Faith is of the spirit, Faith is of God (Hebrew11:6, John4:24). With this confidence on Faith, it becomes important to act and speak the word of faith and resist the word of doubt. The word of faith is the word of life. That is the word God understand. God see the Faith in any believer and act. That is why that wicked enemy(i.e the devil) of the people of God fight to suggest impossibility/doubt to every expectations of children of God by making them to based their faith based on what they see/Fill rather than what the word of God have Said, so that they can manipulate them to only believe what they see. But thank God for the word of God that says our faith should be based on the power of God ( 1Corinthians2:5) and our Lord Jesus Christ also said it that blessed is he that have not seen and yet believe (John20:29) . Faith is the believe that whatsoever good thing you are expecting you have it even when you have not seen it.

Prayer point:

Heavenly Father I thank you for the word of faith, the word of life, the word of God, that you  have provided for my liberty, protection healing and for my well being. Holy Spirit of God Please help me to speak the word of faith  in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
