Romans 13:14

[14]But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.

The works of the flesh is always contrary to the work of the spirit. The flesh work against the spirit. The works of Flesh is against the Faith in Christ Jesus. It requires Faith to please God because God is in spirit and worshipping him will be in spirit.  According to the bible verse of (Hebrew11:6) it says without Faith it is impossible to Please God. This is because it is through Faith believer can receive from God. This is why the devil and his agent is fighting to make people to put on flesh rather than our Lord Jesus Christ so that they will not be able to receive any thing from God. Therefore it becomes important for believers to put on Jesus Christ in order to overcome the flesh.

Every believer have put on Jesus. Putting on Jesus requires building of Faith based on the word of God, meditating on the word of God), building an intimacy with God and living According to the doctrine of our Lord Jesus Christ. There are some unclean spirit that fight to make people to be in flesh. This spirit is of the devil. It make people to lust and to profane the word of God. In profaning and lust there are some spirit that do that they don't want people to be in spirit. They makes people to behave in a way that is against the word of God. But this spirit can be overcome through the spirit of God. God cannot share his throne with Jesus and the devil. In other words believers cannot have the spirit of God and also unclean spirit. 

At the presence of the spirit of God devils flee (James 4:7). The spirit of God can be fully active through meditating on the word of God, prayer/speaking in tongues, Praises.

Prayer point:

 Heavenly Father I thank you for not allowing the flesh to rule my Life. I thank you for the spirit of God that is active in me.  You foul spirit of lust that makes people to profane the word of God I come against you and I charge you to stop your operation against me and I command you to go in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
