1 John 5:4

[4]For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.

The victory we have over the world is by faith. It is not of work less any man should boast(Ephesians 2:8-9). But it is by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. Victory is obtain as a result of combat, challenge or battle between opponents of different agreement. Jesus have won the battle for us by coming into this world and was crucified and at the third day he resurrected from the grave with power through which we have been made victorious.

Fighting battle that have already been won is a wait of time. It is an error for a player in a football competition to still be playing to win the game after the final whistle have been blown declaring their team winner of the football game. He could just be disturbing his self until he realizes and believe he have victory already.

Every christian have victory over the world. Any believer that acknowledge this will continue to rejoice and thank God for victory. We have victory without a fight in the world through Jesus Christ. If therefore we know we have victory over the world, it is important we enter this victory by faith.

Believe that Jesus have paid the price for every battle. Whether sickness, poverty, failure, shame, captivity etc. This victory we have remain forever if we believe on the word of God that have said it. Not just because we no longer see signs and symbols that convince us that we have it but because the word of God have said it and we believe on it and not our feelings that want to negate the word of God. This is how to sustain the victory forever. We are victorious through Christ Jesus. Alleluia. 

Prayer point:

Heavenly Father I thank you for giving me victory over condemnation, captivities, lack and every evil in the world. I wipe out every signs and symptoms that want to make it look as if I am still under condemnation in the world in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
